Last night, we attended the “Tasting not Wasting” event in Zurich together with our clients - an initiative dedicated to promoting a more mindful approach to food.
Organized in collaboration with the Gönnerverein of Schweizer Tafel Zürich and hosted at Baur au Lac, the evening followed a clear idea: enjoy instead of waste. Surplus ingredients were turned into a high-quality dining experience, while supporting people affected by poverty in Switzerland.
The initiative highlights how sustainability and social responsibility can come together in a tangible way - raising awareness around food waste while directly contributing to those in need.

For us, supporting initiatives like this is an important part of how we think about our role as a company. Beyond our day-to-day work, it’s about contributing to meaningful causes and engaging with topics that have a broader impact.
