Starting point
Customers across multiple business lines depended on digital channels - the platforms customers relied on for acquisition, service management, and support - across multiple business lines.
Context
The goal wasn't a one-off rebuild but an ongoing evolution: seamless digital experiences for customers, with less dependency on manual processes and traditional support channels over time.
Solution
The embedded team worked as an integrated part of the client's delivery organization, building and maintaining a digital ecosystem on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and a microservices architecture. Beyond the core corporate website and mobile shop, the scope grew to include account management, subscription administration, device trade-in journeys, outage reporting, and self-service support tools.
Outcome
Technical/organizational: A broad digital ecosystem now spans sales, account management, and support, running on a modern microservices-based stack.
Business: Customers get seamless online sales, contract signing, and subscription management; expanded self-service tools have reduced reliance on manual support channels; and centralized access to account info, invoices, and services has improved the overall customer experience.
